The company was founded in Toronto, in the year 2000, when the founder, Nancy Massey, identified a need for a cost effective but process driven alternative to traditional recruitment services. The business originated by doing sub contract work for executive search firms and grew from there.  Today, we offer research recruitment services to executive search firms, multinationals, owner managed businesses, not for profit and start ups.  We work both domestically and overseas.  Our team is comprised of diverse professionals who are experienced in research and recruitment.
