Nancy graduated from the University of Waterloo and spent 10 years in sales with technology companies such as GE Technology Services, Oracle and Star Data Systems.  She is a second generation executive search professional and learned the ropes by working at Tier 1 executive search firms.  In 1999, she establish her own research recruitment business and has been a sole proprietor working for a wide range of executive search firms, multi nationals, large global entities and start ups.   Her expertise lies in her experience and knowledge of a vast array of industries, coupled with her sales experience.  She can think outside the box in terms of finding talent and can market her clients very successfully in the marketplace. She has vast experience both domestically and globally. ReSearch has worked in almost every industry therefore can penetrate the marketplace.

Mary Sargent has joined Re:Search as Office Manager.  In this capacity she is liaison between our Researchers and clients, including keeping track of all logistics, updating all candidate and client information, scheduling of meetings and telephone interviews, creating reports and project information as well as mapping for projects.
