Nancy is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and brings over a decade of sales experience with leading technology companies, including GE Technology Services, Oracle, and Star Data Systems. She received her executive search training at Tier 1 global executive search firms, where she developed a strong foundation in research-driven recruitment.

 

In 1999, Nancy founded her own research and recruitment practice. She has since partnered with executive search firms and organizations across a broad range of industries, earning a reputation for rigorous research, discretion, and success on complex and hard-to-fill mandates. Operating as a sole proprietor, Nancy has supported multinational corporations, large global enterprises, and high-growth startups.

 

Her strength lies in the combination of deep industry knowledge, extensive domestic and international search experience, and a strong commercial background. Known for her ability to think creatively and identify non-traditional talent pools, Nancy effectively positions and markets her clients in competitive markets.  Her experience has allowed her to work across virtually every industry, enabling rapid and effective penetration of the talent marketplace.
